Thanks for a great run at CVG!

    Captains –

Just wanted to let you all know that I applied for and accepted the position of Hub Manager in Dallas.  DFW is my hometown and I am looking forward to basing there.  I feel that in the last 12 months we have accomplished a lot at CVG and I think you guys are the best group of pilots at Westwind.  I feel like I have worked myself into a position where there really isn’t much left that I can do to better the hub, as the schedules are aligned with RW CVG, we are a mature hub with no new pilots to train, and because of your collective dedication, everyone is active so there will not be any new pilots coming in for a while.

I am looking forward to a new set of challenges and also looking forward to broadening my experience at WWA.

Thanks again for everything guys, I appreciate everything and wish you all the best

    Andrew Podner

Andrew, I know you put a lot of hard work in putting getting KCVG where it is today.  I also want to thank you for your interaction with us, keeping us posted on how we were doing, and challenging us to keep it exciting.  You did a great job with the schedule.  Our loss will be Dallas's gain.  You are a tremendous asset to the family at Westwind, and I'm glad I had the opportunity to serve with you.

    Congratulations on your relocation!

    Sincerely,

    David

My name is Glenn Murawski. I have taken over as hub manager here in Cincinatti. I see what the previous HM has done here, and I'm impressed. Stastically this looks like the best hub of them all. I have been managing Miami for the last few months. Previous to that, I had a brief stint as the AHM in Toronto. I also served a long time in Denver as AHM. I will be staying put here in Cincy for a while. I knew the whole time that managing Miami was temporary. I was offered this job the week after the real HM went to Miami again. If you ever have any questions or concerns about routes or anything else, or you just want to talk, please e-mail me at any time (flyankee11@yahoo.com). I look forward to working with everyone, and hope to hear from you soon. Thank you for accepting me as your new hub manager.
