    WWA Withdrawals

I'm having withdrawals over here... late July, my motherboard fries. In between then and now, I've moved across the country, picked my computer up from a company that couldn't rebuild it in the two weeks I gave them, had to send two parts back to Tiger Direct, take another two parts back to local computer shops, started two new jobs and a Masters program. And still.. I get home every night and get mad that I can't fly. I've flown twice in that time period.. both by hijacking a friend's computer and installing FS9 (two different friends) so i can stay active and not lose my HM spot. This is really aggravating. Hopefully.. the last part came in today and I can be back online by this weekend. Friggin computer.

If GE CF6-80C2B8F engines were attached to a typical automobile, at takeoff power the car would accelerate from zero to 60 mph (96.5 kph) in less than .5 seconds.

Wow...isn't that the truth. Ever since I soloed many years ago, I have had a stiff neck. Maybe I should explain to my chiropractor why I need to visit so frequently. I isn't arthritus  after all! Smile

Since I can't fly the real thing, FS has saved me from total depression. Of course there is still the frustration of dealing with computer glitches and Microsoft crashes!  Sorry to hear about all your troubles Mitch.Sad
