Hello Crew,
September was a good month – we flew 256 hours, versus 292 a month ago. Passenger charters again were a large part of our activity, with 125 hours being flown in that category. We also reported 86 hours in passenger flights, and 36 hours in training. We currently have 16 active pilots in the SFO Hub.
Tim Ferrier, Randy Donnelly, and Ned Barr led the way last month, with 59, 52, and 52 hours, respectively. Tim and Randy completed Westwind Passenger Charter P119 (US and Canadian State Capitols Tour). Ned’s 52 hours resulted in a promotion to Category III, less than two months after joining the airline. David Howell, Sean O’Hara, John Schumacher, Lou Syracuse, and I were also in double digits for the month.
We welcomed 3 new pilots this month: Sean O’Hara (WWA2207) David Howell (WWA2224) and Mike Timmer (WWA2225). Welcome to the hub, gentlemen!
In addition to Ned’s promotion, Sean and David were promoted to Category II.
