 Not to my knowledge he's not!  Does anyone know for sure, as he never advised me.

Check the "Hub Manager Assignments" page.  It shows LOA for Hub manager Status.

Bill, I changed it. Rob sent me an email and said he was having computer problems and needed to be on LOA. Since he was having computer problems I wasn't sure he would be able to communicate with you. I changed it but got busy and didn't tell you. My fault. Sorry.

I have been unable to reach the AHM, and the HM is still on LOA.  I will fly in immediately to take the reins until I hear from them.

Oh - that would be great. The Toronto hub feels like a horse with no rider at the moment - kinda quiet. I am not too sure if our new pilots have even be welcomed properly yet
