Hi, I have been with Westwind for a couple of years now I think and just wanted to say a quick hello to everybody I'll admit that I am a bit slow getting into the Forum as this is the first time I have ever actually bothered signing up for it. I have basically stayed in Australia and my hub Sydney pretty much the entire time. I work shift work and have a young children so I don't really find time to do sim'n to the max realism possible these days what with on-line ATC etc. I was a real world pilot for a while then migrated into Sport/Recreational flying but haven't flown that since 2004. I doubt that I will ever fly again because of medical problems, I am recovering from a minor heart attack I had a fortnight ago and thanks to the world of sim I can still participate in this way. Also interested in alternate energy sources and have been mucking around with on demand hydrogen systems most of this year. I can tell you that yes it works and it is worthwhile although you have to stop sim flying for a while to do it.
Anyway West Wind is a wonderful world wide Virtual Airline that has stood the test of time and long may it continue to create international friendships and peace on earth.
