The only noise abatement to be concerned with at KMEM is Fly runway heading on 9/27 until 3000' if you are turning south. Other than that, it is pretty straightforward there. Generally, when I am controlling, I try to keep it in mind about noise abatement unless it gets busy. Then that is the 1st thing I stop worrying about
