About Phil Cohen

I am 33 and live in West Deptford, New Jersey. I am just over the Walt Whitman Bridge from KPHL, I look at planes coming in all day long. I am married and have a 3 year old and a 5 month old. I work for Weaver Oil Company in Thorofare, NJ A Little History, I graduated from Frostburg State University (2001) with a BS in Recreation and Parks Management, and a minor in Physical Eduction with a coaching concentration. It was there where i spent many a night and day sitting in front of my computer flying around on FS98. No wonder it took me 7 years to complete my degree, fraternity life might have had a bit to do with that also. I briefly held the controls of a plane my dad used to own it was a Cessna C421 Golden Eagle. We flew from KBWI to Ashville, NC and then on to Ocean Reef Club on Key Largo, FL. that is my real world flying experience. I have been a passenger on many flights the first I can remember was Christmas 1981, My mom had just gotten remarried and she was going on honeymoon so I got to fly from Baltimore to Denver by myself to stay with my dad. Since that day I have never been afraid to fly. Currently I try to go out west to Montana for hunting trips with my Dad (he lives in Bigfork) as well as trips to Florida and the Caribbean islands with my wife. Along with traveling I enjoy almost every sport there is, i watch everything and have played everything. In college I played Rugby, Ice Hockey, Volleyball, and ran the 100m in Track. Nothing beats the NFL when it comes to vegging out on a Sunday and Monday night. WestWind was the first VA that I looked at when I wanted to enhance my flight sim experience and I do not regret my decision at all.
